JDFM (JD Institute of Films & Multimedia) is the film and multimedia vertical of JD Institute of Fashion Technology. This site is jdfm.mountemmet.com. For anything related to your data, write to us at hello@jdfm.in.

What we collect

When you submit an admission or franchise form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, and whatever you type into the message fields. If you chat with us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WATI, our chat provider, and follows WhatsApp’s own terms. Like most websites, we also use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

Why we collect it

Form details go to our admissions and franchise teams so they can call or message you back. That is the only reason we ask for them. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and in the inbox of our admissions team. Chat messages sit with WATI and WhatsApp. Our hosting provider stores the site itself, including its database.

Who we share it with

Your details may be shared within the JD Institute network, for example with the campus you asked about, and with the service providers named above. Nothing more.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is useful for admissions, then delete it in periodic clean-ups. If you want your details removed sooner, email hello@jdfm.in and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@jdfm.in from the address you used on the form so we can verify it is you.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
